Citi Residency By OYO Rooms

I booked and paid online through Goibibo, but the hotel turned me away when I arrived, saying they weren't accepting prepaid bookings. They hadn't even called ahead to let me know. Thanks to Goibibo, I got better alternative accommodation nearby within 20 minutes of making a complaint. Check with the hotel before booking to make sure they'll accept an online prepaid reservation.

They tried to get me to cancel the booking in the company's app and offered to rent the room at their own prices. The rooms were filthy and in a terrible state. The bathrooms were dirty, and cigarette butts and dog hair were on the floors. The sheets were torn, the pillows were very old and covered in hair, and everything was extremely dirty. There was no breakfast option, and the staff were no help at all. In Hindi, we'd call their attitude "paise ki garmi ki Akad." I would give them negative stars if I could. From the bottom of my heart, I suggest not booking this place in the future.

The rooms are good, but management is pathetic and unprofessional. They don't know how to look after guests. I wasn't even given a key for my room because they said there wasn't one available for that particular room. It was weird and absurd.

The rooms are roomy and clean enough for a short stay, but the location is hard to spot from a moving vehicle. The food there is pathetic, so it's better to go elsewhere for lunch or dinner.
