This was my third stay in Patna, and the worst one. The hotel is under renovation but is still taking bookings. If they can't provide service during that work, they should stop taking bookings until it's finished. For a water bottle, you can wait at least 30-40 minutes, and coffee takes at least 40 minutes. The listing says free wifi, but it only works in 2-3 rooms. In the rest, you have to use your own data, and when you complain, they just say, "Sorry sir, we can't do anything." The service is 3rd class.

Some renovation is going on, and the restaurant menu is very pricey. The accommodation itself is basic. The room I was given had exposed electrical wires, which could cause a serious accident, but the hotel administration seemed least bothered. Avoid this hotel.

This is a below-average hotel with limited amenities and highly overpriced services. The staff behaved terribly. They can't charge s customer 200 rs for a broken glass. The complimentary breakfast was the worst I've had at any property, and they don't even serve fruit in the morning.

A bad hotel with a bad owner. The toilets for the staff were very dirty, and there wasn't a room for drivers. The owner didn't seem to care about guest drivers. They said guests should book a room for them. I offered a little money to get a room for the drivers and clean the staff toilets. The area around the hotel was dirty too. All the staff shared one toilet, and they didn't even wash their hands when cooking food for guests. I wouldn't recommend this place.
