This isn’t a safe or secure place for a family stay. They rent rooms by the hour to local couples, which may be why there are so many five-star ratings. Don’t be fooled by the reviews. The rooms were in very poor condition, with no proper cleaning, missing washroom amenities, and no geyser. There was a phone in the room, but its wire wasn’t connected, so you couldn’t call reception. The walls were covered in marks and looked like they hadn’t been painted in years. OYO should remove this hotel immediately. Places like this give OYO negative feedback.

The property owner refused to let me check in because my OYO booking came to less than 500 after applying the OYO offer. I’d booked through the OYO app, but no agent was available to help when I contacted customer service. I had to book the same property offline and pay extra. Terrible service from OYO.

Getting service here is a difficult task, and what they offer is mainly aimed at couples. It’s an hourly stay place for couples, so staying with family wasn’t a good idea.

A really wonderful hotel. All the staff behaved very well, and I’d suggest staying here. ❤️🙈

I asked the manager for an extra mattress, and he said they’d charge extra. A bad experience.
