I left after just 4 hours because the rooms were filthy and I didn't feel the safety standards were adequate. The phone was coated in dust, and the service was terrible. Although breakfast was included in my Agoda booking, the hotel didn't provide it. They also charged me an extra 300 rs, and the manager was really irritating.

I went to ask about a room, but the price was high and the air conditioner wasn't working. The way I was treated was the worst I've ever experienced.

The whole floor was dark with no lights on, and my room was dirty and smelled bad. The AC didn't work either. When I asked to cancel, the receptionist was very rude and acted like a gunda. He said there'd be no refund and told me, “Jo hai yahi hai or yahin rahna hoga nahi to chale jao paisa wapis nahi hoga.” It was a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend booking through OYO, since it has no consistent standards.

Nothing was clean, from the room and bed linen to the pillows. The washroom was so filthy it made me feel like throwing up. They also charged me 200 rupees for early check-in, despite Oyo saying it was free from 6am to 8am. A really third-class hotel.

I booked on Oyo, but at check-in the manager demanded another 300 for the room. When I refused, he said no room was available, turning me away at 11 at night. A pathetic experience with Oyo hotels. Don't trust them.
