The reception gentleman was polite and helpful, and the other staff were great too. Thank you, Hotel Shiva. I also liked the 24-hour grace period after checkout, which means you can go any time within that period. That's a great rule.

The staff were very rude and the service was awful. This is the worst hotel in Patna, in my experience. Don't book a room here, even by mistake. There are better hotels farther along.

The location worked well, with amenities easy to reach nearby. I checked in while attending a national conference at Ashok Samrat Convention Center in Patna. The rooms are decent for bachelors, and the service was good. The people there were polite.

My stay at Hotel Shiva was satisfactory, and I had a good experience. It seems like a comfortable option in Patna, and I'd recommend it.

My personal experience was very bad. The room situation didn't seem adequate for the amount I paid, and room service was poor. They also asked for extra payment for breakfast.
