We'd already paid, so we couldn't move to better accommodation. There were three of us women and we'd booked two rooms, expecting them to be ready when we arrived last week. Instead we found unmade beds, the previous guest's slippers still lying around and dirty bathrooms. The staff on duty were surly and indifferent, and there was no manager to help. I could say more, but simply put, don't stay here. A complete waste of money.

The property is in a prime spot near Patliputra Golambar. The room is simple and sober, and they've taken care of small things like toilet rolls, room freshener, shower gel, tissues and neat, clean bedding. The food is home food and totally worth 5 Star.

It has a proper corporate-stay setup, and monthly stays are available too. With hotel-style hospitality and the feel of a holiday home, it's one of the best corporate stays in Patna and tough competition for Airbnb. The ambience, hospitality and food facilities are amazing.

The location could definitely bring in customers, but rude interactions from the staff and the unruly behavior of the caretaker (lady) made our family get-together stay unpleasant. The owners need to step in and bring in a more professional team.

The food was disastrous, the staff wouldn't cooperate, and customer service was unbelievably bad. It's the worst guest house in the area. I wouldn't suggest anyone stay here if they don't want their function ruined.
