The food was good and the staff were pleasant, but getting anything done took repeated complaints. Dinner, ordered at 7:30 pm, arrived at 9:30 after I called reception several times. Outside food isn't allowed, yet the kitchen can take 1-2 hours to serve it. The room had plenty of problems too. It was tiny, with no closet or mirror, and the bathroom taps produced only a thin stream. There was no exhaust fan or room or bathroom freshener. The main door latch didn't work properly, so shutting it took a lot of effort each time. I wasn't given soap or a towel at first and had to ask for those and even for a mirror. Rain hitting the area around the window AC's compressor made so much noise that I couldn't sleep. After I complained, someone came at 10:30 at night and put a towel over it.

Mr. Rahul was the first person I met, and he was fabulous. He spoke gently and showed good hospitality and customer service.
