The room itself was quite nice, but the service was extremely bad. The sheets were old, and when I asked for fresh ones, they argued instead of changing them. I ordered a water bottle and it took an hour to arrive. The service was way off.

The food service was only okay, and cleanliness gets four stars from me. The location works perfectly if you want to be near the Kankarbagh area. Staff were far more cooperative than I expected in Patna, so their service gets five stars. Considering what I paid, I’d give the overall stay four stars.

The reception boy was rude, and the service was the worst part. The bathroom and the rest of the hotel were dirty and very unhygienic. I had a really bad experience here.

We booked this hotel for an engagement ceremony on 29 Sep '19, after Mr. Naveen (Owner) described it as a budget hotel. The food was very bad, and we weren’t given all the items we had paid for with any of the meals, even though he took the full amount. I’d eat outside if staying here. The rooms weren’t maintained well, toilet fixtures didn’t work, service was very poor, and even water wasn’t provided regularly. Since it’s Oyo certified, we expected basic amenities. Mr. Naveen wasn’t professional and lost his temper. He hadn’t discussed the payment terms before booking, then in the middle of the ceremony threatened to stop it unless we paid the balance. I wouldn’t book this place for a ceremony. There are better options in Patna.
