The rooms are big enough for a family of four, and I liked the food service. The food tasted good, and there’s electricity around the clock, though the water supply isn’t reliable. The hotel is hard to find in a very crowded residential area, and the location isn’t good. It’s not ideal for wedding ceremonies, but if you’re on a budget, you could go for it.
The room service was lacking, and for two days in a row we had a severe water shortage with nobody listening to our concerns. Otherwise, things were fine. R.D Green Resort is huge, with spacious rooms and a large hallway, and it’s a great place in Patna for family functions and events.
R.D Green Resort, Gosain tola is in Patliputra colony. It’s a beautiful place and resort, with good staff behavior and a good parking area, and you can enjoy your time there. Traffic is a problem in the evening because the road is a single lane, but being near the vegetable and fruit market is also convenient. It’s okay overall.
The rooms smelled damp and musty, no matter what solution was tried, and the staff were extremely unprofessional. I deeply regretted going there and had the worst experience of my life. I wouldn’t recommend the place for any kind of function, since it could spoil what should have been a cherished occasion. I wish I could give it zero stars.
Avoid this place at all costs. There was blood on the dirty bedsheet, mosquitoes everywhere, a broken AC, and a disgusting toilet. No one was ever at reception, room service was slow, and dinner took three hours. I waited a whole day for the Wi-Fi password, and the intercom didn’t work. Garbage hotel, minus five stars.
