We booked for my family through Make My Trip/Oyo, and the room shown in the booking looked very decent. At check-in, they offered us a room without a common washroom, something the booking never mentioned. The receptionist/owner was rude and ill-mannered, and didn't know how to treat or help customers. I'd never recommend this place. I wish I could give less than zero stars. The hotel and its staff are the worst, and they are cheaters for sure.

This place was filthy and unhygienic, with extremely poor service. It's listed on OYO, which is known for cleanliness and good service, so I ask OYO to take this seriously or remove it from the listing. This will damage your market image. Everyone else, don't plan a stay in Patna at this hellish place. I wish negative stars were an option.

The floors and chairs were dirty, the TV was missing, the AC didn't work, and the toilet flush was broken. There was no restaurant, and the property owner was arranged. We changed hotels. Zero stars, and I'd never recommend it.

The rooms were filthy, with completely dirty sheets and pillows. There was no water in the washroom, very little lighting in the room, no TV, no AC, no restaurant, and they didn't provide drinking water. You have to go outside to get dinner. The photos and details are all fake. Don't choose this place, under any circumstances. Never recommended.

There was wrong information about the room on the Make My Trip website, and the hotel staff don't know how to treat customers. You definitely won't get business by cheating customers. No stars.
