They don’t seem to care about ratings or reviews. They denied all room services and behaved disrespectfully toward customers, including girls. The staff were very rude, gave no privacy, and added extra room charges for just 1 minute.

I stayed in a deluxe room last month. It was well maintained, with a vibrant feel, and I liked how the staff treated me.
