The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are good. Mr. Narendra Singh was especially nice and helpful. He arranged my package at a very cheap price with nice service, and I’m very happy. I’ll definitely suggest this hotel to everyone for a stay. Thanks.

They refused to let me check in because of a tariff issue with the Fab hotel online booking, and I had to wait an hour. Only after I spoke with Fab hotel Costumer care did they allow me in. Ridiculous. Thank God I wasn’t traveling with my family. People should be careful.

The service was third class, and nobody responded. Construction was also going on and made the stay very disturbing. A pathetic experience, definitely not recommended.

The hotel is about 5 minutes from the airport, and the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly. My king-size bed was very comfortable, and the room had modern furniture and all the amenities I needed. Everything was clean. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, with excellent service from arrival through departure. It was a pleasure staying here.

The food is high quality and hygienic, and the rooms are very clean. I’d be happy to stay again. Hotel Royal Ville has built a good reputation for its service and is one of the premium places to stay in Patna. It’s easy to reach key places such as the railway station, airport, markets, and food joints, so it could suit both families and people visiting for work.
