The food was bland and awful, and the price felt completely out of line with the quality. For what they charge, I expected at least decent service and something edible. This place fell short on every level.

I had a restful night and felt completely comfortable. Special thanks to the service desk, where Hello was humble and supportive. I’d like to come back.

It’s right in front of the railway station, in a very busy area, so you’ll hear horns all night. I’d avoid eating at the in-house restaurant.

I booked one night for one guest today, and the receptionist quoted 2000. A server issue led me to accidentally pay 2000 twice, but they said they couldn’t refund it. I left the hotel then and lost my 4000 rupees. That isn’t good for customers, and the receptionist’s behavior was awful. In my opinion, nobody should go to this hotel.

The rooms and services are okay. The hotel is in a good spot, just behind Patna Junction on the Karbigahia side.
