The breakfast buffet in the morning was amazing, with a huge variety. The rooms are spacious enough for a family of 3 or 4, and both room service and cleanliness were great. It's also very convenient for getting around, just 1km from the Railway station. Mrs Urmilla Singh was really sweet and friendly throughout our conversation. I had an amazing stay.

Getting here during peak traffic can be a nightmare because the road ahead is very congested. There is ample basement parking, though, and major offices and Patna landmarks are nearby. It's an average business hotel with reasonable amenities and good value for money. The rooms and cleanliness are okay, and the food and service are fine. Food may come oily and spicy, so mention that when ordering.

A memorable place, suitable and affordable for a birthday party or office meeting. The food tastes really good, and the staff were very supportive. Management is super. Awesome experience.

We had a fantastic stay at CP Palace on 10/Dec. The accommodations were excellent and the service was superb. Urmila Singh was professional, attentive, and helpful. She listened and understood what we needed, helped fulfill our requests, and made sure the room was perfect. Her warm hospitality is a real asset to the team. Thank you, and we look forward to staying again.

We had a wonderful stay in rooms 617 and 619, Dr Taruni and Bijoy. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous, and housekeeping staff member Urmila Singh was especially helpful, taking care of all our needs.
