The beds were so hard that sleeping comfortably was difficult. The AC also wouldn't let you adjust the temperature to what you needed, and the bathroom had no tissues or handwash. We ordered dinner at 8:30 pm and didn't get it until around 11, even after calling reception several times. The hotel orders food through Swiggy and Zomato instead of cooking meals for guests, so the wait was endless. My partner and I had a very unpleasant stay. I think its high ratings may be because many four- or five-star hotels in Patna don't accept unmarried couples, giving this place a monopoly and letting it take advantage. Worthless hotel.

The only person who treated customers properly was the receptionist, a girl who knew how to deal with people. The service overall wasn't good, and the staff behavior was poor. One older person who cleans the rooms spoke to customers very rudely.

I found a used condom in the room, and the bedsheet had already been used. It was an embarrassing situation, so I changed hotels that same day. Don't bring your family here. I didn't feel it was safe, and it seemed suited only for cheap hookups. Don't get trapped.

They showed one set of pictures online and gave me a different room at check-in. The receptionist behaved very badly. I was busy today, so I'm not swearing at them now, but one day I'll definitely give them a Hindi wali gali.

The rooms were dirty, and the staff were rude, drunk, and like impolite goons. Here's how they fraud you: I booked through Oyo, but they took the booking at another hotel that wasn't listed or on Google. When you arrive, they say that's not the hotel you booked, just another branch, then offer a room at this hotel for a very high price.
