In the budget room, the basin is tucked into a corner of the bedroom instead of being in the bathroom. The room itself is very small.

The service was good, but hygiene wasn't. I developed rashes, dermatitis, all over my body, which I attributed to poor cleaning and upkeep. The medical store next to the hotel also said it gets many similar complaints from residents.

The man at reception, an uncle, was extremely rude. My company had booked a deluxe room, but he refused to give me one, and I ended up with an Indian toilet in the room they provided.

Parking is a concern, though the hotel is well located near Junction railway station. The staff weren't friendly and behaved rudely.

The window AC is really annoying, making a strange noise, and its remote doesn't work. The rooms are very small for the price.
