When I arrived with my family, tired after travelling all day, the hotel refused to give us the two rooms in my booking, saying the price was too low. I didn't want to search for another place, so I had to book the same two rooms offline for 3000. Please take action. I asked for an update afterward, but he gave me none, saying the updated price would show on my existing booking. Room service was really bad, and cleanliness was poor too.

There was a noise problem in the room because the isolation wasn't done properly. 😔

The rooms are neat and clean, and the staff are very kind. I did have an issue with parking, though.

A low-budget hotel that worked well for a celebration or party. The food was osam and the hotel maintenance was very good. All the employees were professional and good.

My OYO booking was confirmed, but they refused to accommodate me when I arrived. The customer service was poor, and there was no accountability. Very disappointing.
