Oyo 10945 Sai Guest House

I planned to stay in Patna for about 20 days, but booked just one night first to see if I liked the hotel. I checked in at night, around 10:00 am. The staff weren't cooperative at all. In the morning I called for breakfast, and they said it wasn't available. They wouldn't even give me tea, saying it would only be available when I checked out. I'd never seen hotel staff treat a customer that way, so I decided to leave. While I was checking out, another customer asked for breakfast and the staff said it was being prepared. I was shocked. They also told me to give them a rating, claim a breakfast refund from oyo, and not say the hotel had refused to provide it. That's why I'm giving this hotel one star.

Think twice before booking. The location is awful, and although Manager Mr. Vikash is a nice person, he seemed helpless. I got no help at the guest house, and the complimentary breakfast shown in the Oyo app wasn't provided. I paid online through Oyo, but the owner refused the booking, so I had to pay twice: once through the OYO APP and again in cash on 24th-25th sep. I have copies of both bills. Don't rely on the photos or the service shown. Book at your own risk if you need service.

It's tucked deep into the streets and hard for taxis to reach, even though it seems close to the airport. The taxi fare from here to the airport can be over 150, though it might initially show 80-100. They try everything to avoid giving you the complimentary breakfast. The location is very odd.

The hotel is very new and sits in a residential area, with homes of more politicians across from it. It's about 1500 mts from the airport, so you can walk there, and taxi service is available too. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel is beautiful, and don't miss the tasty tea here. It's run by a Congress leader.
