Hotel O Rajeev Nagar Formerly Happy Journey

I paid expecting a comfortable, clean stay, but the room was nowhere near the online photos. Hotel O Rajeev Nagar Formerly Happy Journey Patna was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. The room floor, walls, and bedsheet were filthy, and the washroom was very dirty and unhygienic. Maintenance was poor everywhere. There were insects or cockroaches in the room, which made it uncomfortable and unsafe. The AC, furniture, and general room setup all looked neglected. These conditions are unacceptable, and the hotel failed to meet basic hygiene or quality standards. I’m asking for a full refund and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The AC didn’t work and there was no cleanliness. Just one staff member was doing everything, and he was a good boy who openly told us there were no bedsheets and the AC wouldn’t work. I booked through goibibo and reported it, but got no solution, refund, or alternative property. OYO and GO IBIBO are equal cheaters. Worst experience.

The reception was polite, and check-in and checkout were easy. The staff were friendly too. It was a good experience, though I want to point out that there’s no power backup, which is a huge issue.

I barely slept. Mosquitoes bit me all night, the rooms were damp, and the bedsheets were filthy with mystery stains. They didn’t provide any towels either. Absolutely horrific, avoid this dump.
