The rooms are decent, but the food and service made the stay a bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting decent meals or prompt service. Orders took nearly 2 hours to arrive, and even then the food was tasteless. The dishes all seemed to have the same flavor, with no freshness or proper taste. It felt as if the kitchen didn’t care about quality. Management needs to improve the kitchen staff. The delays and food quality are unacceptable.

They’re renovating and still learning, which may explain some of the gaps. Even after I chose the best room, there were no water bottles, shampoo or other bathroom supplies. The rooms are big, and I like the staff and how they act in person, but they don’t seem to take a customer-focused approach.

Cleanliness, comfort, amenities and staff service all deserve attention here. My feedback is meant to be specific, honest and timely, to help improve future guest experiences. Things to consider include bed comfort, noise, bathroom cleanliness and whether the amenities work.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and there’s a geyser. Food was good, too. The sit and eat restaurant facility is expected to open soon. I’d recommend staying here.
