The reception asked me to pay more than the amount shown on the platform, which felt misleading and unacceptable. The room was in bad shape too, with dirty beds and an unhygienic, unpleasant interior that looked nothing like the app photos. Please take strict action against listings like this so customers aren't deceived.

Repeated calls got no response, and the room was filthy. A terrible experience.

The room was unclean, and the towels were torn. On top of that, the hotel asked for Rs. 1400 even though the price shown when I booked was 1018. He took my phone and filled in the review himself, giving 5 stars, then entered 1018 as the amount paid in his app. I want to complain about his bad behavior. I won't visit again.

They were good people, but they didn't do enough to keep customers coming back.

The place wasn't comfortable, and I wouldn't recommend it unless there are no other choices. The rooms weren't cleaned properly, the service was slow, and the facilities were badly maintained.
