Ms. Tasmiya at the front desk was especially courteous and helpful, and made the interaction smooth and pleasant. We exchanged professional courtesies, which made the welcome feel even warmer. The service throughout was highly professional, and I had a very comfortable stay. I appreciate the hospitality and look forward to visiting again soon.

The packed breakfast we requested for 6 am had milk, bread, butter, jam, 4 bananas, and 4 boiled eggs. Service was prompt and good. Parking can fit 20 cars, with spaces in front, behind, and around the hotel perimeter; it's gated and guarded. The room was a good size with an okay ambience, though on an earlier visit the same category room was smaller. There's nothing grand about the room decor. Hot water was available 24/7, even at midnight, and the linen was satisfactory. The washroom was just okay in size. It had a fridge and kettle, toiletries in an easy-to-use dispenser rather than small bottles, and a partition curtain in the bathing area. The water bucket had dirty water stains. The room had a mild stink that went away after the AC ran for a few hours. Overall, nice for the price bracket.

It's a good branded corporate hotel. The property is a little old but properly maintained, and cleanliness and hygiene were kept up. Room service can bring food, and hot water is available 24 hours. Other toiletries are provided. There are also small shopping options on the property, including Mysore silk and home decoration items.

We stayed a few days ago as a family of four, using two adjacent rooms. Since this is technically a budget hotel, my expectations were low, and honestly everything was passable. The room wasn't as spectacular as I'd thought, at least in size, but it did the job. Breakfast was passable and service was alright. This probably isn't somewhere you'd want to stay in your comfy room instead of going out to do things. But if you need a place to stash your things or sleep for the night before a busy day of work or sightseeing, I'd say it works.
