The staff were polite and nice, but the stay was awful and not worth what I paid. There were cockroaches all over the room and the bedsheets weren't clean at all. The toiletries were unusable, and the body wash was just cheap hand-wash liquid from the market.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The staff were lazy, and even after reminding reception several times I never got dental kits or towels. Restaurant staff were just as casual and slow. The menu lists lots of food, but only a few dishes were actually available, and they prepared them at their own convenience.

The bed was stained and dirty, the bathroom wasn't clean, and water leaked from both the bathroom and shower, with the shower leaking badly. The soap was a cheap local kind that made me itch, and the shampoos weren't good either. Restaurant staff and reception had a lazy, casual attitude. The food was oily and full of masala, without much taste, and didn't seem hygienic. A very bad experience, and I'd never recommend this hotel.

During my 10-day stay in October 2022, the room wasn't cleaned every day. It was messy and had lots of cockroaches, and the hotel's furniture was broken. The hotel and its service were the worst. I recommend that nobody visit.

A comfortable place to visit with family, with very good service and staff. We had an amazing stay.
