OPO Horizon Surbhi Grant,Khatu Shyam

Mr. Shyam narnoliya was very helpful while supervising overnight. The day staff were extremely professional and willing to go above and beyond. We had a very pleasant stay at Surabhi, and I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is on the main road in a really good location, just 1km from khatushyam ji. They have their own rickshaw vala bhaiya to take you directly to khatu shyam g, for a charge, obviously. The food was good, and the tea and pizza were good too. The one letdown was the ice cream I ordered fir, it was poor quality and felt cheap and melted. The property has a separate 4rth floor with only twin-bed rooms. Those rooms don't have Mini refrigerators, but they helped me keep my baby's milk bottle in the kitchen refrigerator, so that was kkk. :)🫰🏻

The location worked well for visiting the temple, just 2.5 kms away, with a peaceful setting away from the crowd. From the moment we arrived, the welcome felt warm and genuine, and staff were professional, polite, attentive, humble, and respectful throughout our stay. They made us feel valued and were always ready to help with a smile. The dining team was courteous too, serving each meal promptly and with care. The food was delicious and fresh. A great mix of comfort, location, and premium hospitality, and a refined, memorable stay. I highly recommend OPO Horizon Surbhi Grant to anyone visiting the temple.

The one issue I ran into was slow room food service. It took 45-50min to get a glass of milk for my child, and staff suggested eating at the restaurant instead. The food there was very tasty and hygienic. I hope the hotel takes note and improves this. Surabhi Grant is in a good location, around 2km from khatushyam ji temple, and there's parking available. The neat, clean rooms had most of the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and professional, making it a good family choice, especially for khatushyam ji darshan. If I come here again, I'd definitely prefer Surbhi Grant and recommend it too.
