There's nothing nearby in this secluded location, not even shops, and the staff seemed unprofessional. I needed an early check-in and called ahead. They agreed, so I arrived at 7:30. OYO's policy allows a maximum 30% extra charge for check-in before 10 am, but despite confirming by phone, they asked me for 40% when I got there.

The location, service, and room size were good enough, but cleanliness was really horrible. The hotel isn't properly maintained. I had a mixed experience. Here are some pictures.

It's a good budget hotel, but the bucket and bathing mug were very dirty. Check that breakfast is included before ordering. They even charge for tea with the complimentary breakfast.

The staff behaved well, but the facilities were below average. The manager, Himanshu, was the worst part: rude, literally abusive, and intolerable.

It's in a good spot close to the Patna high court, with facilities and services all around. A good place to stay in Patna.
