I went to the hotel at night last week because I needed somewhere to stay while taking an exam. I asked about the rates and was shown the rooms, but I felt the tariff was too high for what I saw. I said I'd check a few nearby hotels and let the front desk staff know. His attitude changed completely. He rudely told me to get lost and not come back if I wasn't going to take a room. He also complained that he'd wasted his time and energy showing me around. Customers should be able to ask about prices and look at other hotels. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and staff like this can damage a business. The owner should address it before it's too late.

I paid for a room through Agoda, but when I got to the hotel in Relax Zone, it was closed and there were no staff around. I ran into a lot of problems, then called the number from the ad. They said no staff were available that day, told me to book somewhere else, and promised a refund the next day. I've been waiting three days and still haven't received it. This hotel doesn't seem trustworthy, so check the reviews and ratings carefully before booking.

I used the single-person dormitory rest room to sleep overnight. It was first class and cost only up to 300 rupees, a nice, low-cost stay. 😴👍

The rooms are decent, but the food prices are really annoying. It's very expensive, and they charge a delivery fee for bringing the food too.
