The pictures are a little misleading, but the place was better than they made it look and didn’t disappoint. Rooms were large and clean, and room service was good. The building has an older style. If you can, get a room with a front-facing balcony, it’s huge and gives you good space. The chicken biryani was good too.

The basin leaked and water spread across the bathroom floor. There wasn’t a mat in the room, which made it dirty. We were there with our two-month-old baby in winter and asked for a room heater, but they wouldn’t provide one. The manager was arrogant and rude, and the service was pathetic. The room didn’t meet OYO’s standard. I ask OYO to remove this hotel from its portal.

The room was poor quality, the AC was bad, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. Food was average and staff weren’t professional. I’d give it less than one star if I could. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

It was hard to find the hotel. There’s no name on the front sign, just a tiny sticker on a side wall, and I missed it twice. The rooms and food are good, though it’s a bit expensive. Non-AC rooms are affordable. There’s also a waiting hall and a conference room for meetings and other events.

The manager was very rude, the room was in pathetic condition, and the bathroom was unhygienic. The wash basin leaked and there was no room heater. I booked through OYO and would never recommend booking here.
