Vijaya Tej Clarks Inn

The staff’s warm hospitality made my stay memorable, and Sonakshi deserves a special mention for being courteous, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. I had a comfortable time at Vijayatej Clarks Inn, Patna, with clean rooms, a pleasant ambiance, and delicious food. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Patna and look forward to coming back.

It was lovely interacting with Ms. Sonakshi. She’s kind, cheerful, and helpful, and her warm greetings make people feel welcome and comfortable. Her friendly, positive nature adds a pleasant feel for everyone around her. 😊✨

Anupa kumari gave breakfast a fresh start for us, and I especially want to thank her. Her caretaking service was very good, and the hotel’s hospitality felt nice and generous. The other staff behaved well too.

The location is very good, and the only real highlight was the restaurant, 'Around the corner'. The staff were courteous, and Ms Anupa kumari looked after us very well. The room was spacious, but poorly designed: water didn’t drain properly on the sloped bathroom floor, the basin was clogged on day one, and there was no hot water until I complained to reception. They got it working that evening, but the tap had no hot and cold markings. Lighting was harsh, with only bright ceiling LEDs and no night lamp or concealed lights. My fifth-floor sliding windows were locked in place, but there was no grill or second safety barrier for children, and one loose screw could let a window slide open. They also charged a hefty extra amount for early check-in, which felt money-focused and discourteous.
