Getting around was a problem from the start. The hotel was hard to find, the roads nearby were in terrible shape with dirt and cowsheds around, and public transport wouldn't come out there. Inside, the lift wasn't working, and neither was the room intercom, so even asking reception for help was difficult. Over my four-day stay, basic things were missing or unusable. The TV didn't work, there was no tea kit, and most amenities seemed to exist on paper only. The room hadn't been cleaned properly, and the toilets were so dirty and unhygienic that using them was uncomfortable. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the menu was extremely overpriced for the quality of the service and facilities. I had a very disappointing experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel. Think carefully before booking.

The room was good, and the staff were friendly and behaved well. My stay was good overall. The lift stopped working, though, and even after I reported it every day, it still hadn't been fixed three days later. Room rates and food were both a little high, including the food they make to order from the kitchen. It was okay overall, but I think the prices could come down.

There were lots of cockroaches under the room, and the room itself was very dirty. I cancelled because of them, but the staff member wouldn't refund my money and started threatening me. The staff were very rude.

It's a good place, but the washroom is shared with another room. Each block has two rooms and one common toilet, which isn't great for hygiene.

The rating is completely wrong. It's tucked away inside the area, and it took me a full 15 minutes to find the place. There's dirt all over the road, and it feels completely unsafe.
