I spent one night there, and it wasn't a good experience. It's a long way inside from the highway, so having a bike is okay. No staff were around when I arrived to check in. The room and bed weren't clean, and the mosquitoes made it hard to sleep. You'll need to order food online.
Rooms are unhygienic, the staff behaved badly, and they charge extra for no reason even after a fully paid confirmed booking. Even when you book an AC room, they show you a non-AC one. I've never found a worse hotel in Patna, I can say that for sure. Don't go. If negative ratings were possible, that's what I'd give.
The staff's behavior was extremely bad, and the clothes were dirty. This isn't suitable for a decent family, and the surrounding area isn't good either. If you're thinking of going, just drop the plan. That's my friendly suggestion.
There's no TV or hot water, and the rooms aren't clean. I wouldn't recommend staying here. One star overall.
The staff were very cooperative and the services decent. It's a brand new property.
