Saalt Patliputra Hotel

I spent six days here, and housekeeping never came to clean the room, change the sheets, or take care of basic maintenance. There was no complimentary drinking water either, and the rooms were in poor condition. The air conditioner wasn't working when I checked in, so the room was unbearably hot. Staff said they'd fix it, but after 10-15 calls I got no proper response. They eventually switched off the reception phone, so I had to walk down from my room on the fourth floor. Even then, the staff were uncooperative and unprofessional. I waited almost four hours before they gave me another room. The reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and poorly coordinated. It was a very unpleasant stay, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
