The banquet hall at Hotel Lal International was spacious, well decorated, and nicely lit, with a classy, welcoming feel. It was well maintained and had the facilities needed for weddings, receptions, corporate events, and other occasions. Staff supported the event with professional, attentive coordination, making guests feel looked after. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, with elegant, well-kept interiors that made the hotel relaxing. The food was delicious too, with impressive quality, taste, presentation, and variety. From arrival, the staff made me feel welcome with warm hospitality, professionalism, and politeness. I had a memorable stay, and the hall makes it a good venue for successful events.

The food was very poor and completely unhygienic, and there were big rats in the kitchen. Service, catering, arrangements, and decoration were all bad. The staff were rude. If you want to spoil your event, choose this hotel.

A waste of money. The catering is very poor, and I could see rats and cockroaches in the kitchen. The service was awful.

Think carefully before booking here. I made several complaints and got no response from management, and both the general service and catering were really poor. It was a very bad experience.
