My Super Saver booking was moved to a Deluxe room because the room I’d reserved wasn’t in good condition. The facilities were good, including a bathroom geyser, TV, almirah, and a good-quality bed, and the attendants were polite and did what I asked. It’s a small hotel, but the service was good. The kitchen was temporarily closed, though, so they served breakfast only, with no lunch or dinner. If you’re going to Patna, you can book here without hesitation.

Mr Ranjeet was very soft-spoken and humble. The hotel is easy to find, right in the heart of Patna and very near the junction. My room was clean and the bathroom reasonably clean, though there was no rack for toiletries. The fan didn’t work properly, but the AC worked perfectly, so it wasn’t a big issue.

Rooms were average, but the staff were understanding and the service was good. There are nearby spots for cheap, great food, and the location is excellent. I paid a little extra to check in four hours early, which was fine, and had a good stay.

The room was neat and clean, and the AC and geyser worked well. There’s a small lift, and the location is very good, but there’s no proper reception or room service. Check-in was a hassle because the manager said they wouldn’t accept online OYO payments. After a few conversations, they let us in, but said you can check in only if you pay at the hotel, so book that way. We had a train at 5:40 am and nobody was there to check us out. They didn’t answer the phone, and the main gate was locked. We got stuck inside and missed the train.
