Finding the hotel is a challenge even for locals. And once there, the room I had booked online wasn't offered to me. They pointed to a couch in the hall and said that was my booking. To get an actual room, I had to pay extra. The whole thing felt like a scam.

For a low budget stay, it's a decent option. The service was fine too. Nothing bad, nothing special.

I was left struggling in Patna after arriving for a booked room, only to be told it wasn't available. The hotel is also very hard to find, and getting there made an already awful experience even worse. Don't book here.

The place was clean and the property itself was nice. Just know it's tucked a little way in from the main road, about 1.5 km.

I paid MakeMyTrip in full, but they still didn't give me a room. I feel MakeMyTrip fooled me, and OYO and MMT are frauds. They cheated me.
