The room was clean and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the place felt very safe.

The rooms are on the small side, really best for two people, which is why I’d give the room three stars. Still, the facilities and service were good, and the price was acceptable. If you’re heading to ISBT for work or travel, the short walk to the bus stand makes this a handy budget option. I later came across Roomssolution Hotel on Google and thought its rooms looked much better. Honestly, for the same money, Roomssolution’s room is no less than a 5-star one. It may be worth checking nearby places before you book.

The management was very poor, and the staff were uncooperative. The night staff had very bad manners. Police raids were always happening here, so please be careful and don’t come here.

The toilet smelled awful, the room and blanket were dirty, and the hot water didn’t work. There was noise too.

Nice hotel in a great spot. The staff treated me with humility.
