The bed was good, but the room smelled awful and wasn't clean. The toilet was really bad, and there was dust on the sofa, like at home. The whole experience was useless.

Hotel kamdhenu is a very good place to stay. The room was clean, and the staff were so nice. deepak Kumar was especially good as a manager.
Location was the only positive. The receptionist was rude, and we waited two hours to check in because she said all rooms were sold out, even though I saw other guests check in meanwhile. The previous guest's bed linen hadn't been changed. There were no towels, and after asking twice I got a damp one. The AC barely worked, then on the last day of my five-day stay it was switched off from outside. The restaurant charged whatever it wanted for mineral water, 40, 50, or 60. Breakfast was complimentary, but I had to call at least three times to get it sent to my room, and they still added a 20 rupee charge. The tariff was high and the service terrible.
There's a lift and it's right on the road, but the rooms are small, though fairly quiet. They need to clean better. The room, bed, and other items smelled really bad. There were no towels until I asked twice, and then the one I got was damp. The AC didn't work properly either.
The room was compact but manageable, and it might suit solo travelers. The reception staff were discourteous, the toilets weren't tidy, and breakfast wasn't served at the Oyo time because they follow their own schedule.
