The washroom was dirty and unhygienic, with hair on the floor, a filthy toilet, and a stale smell. At reception, the staff were especially arrogant and uncooperative, seeming indifferent to our concerns and requests. Those basic failures made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. We hope management takes this seriously and fixes these issues for future guests.

I paid Rs 1100+ for a room that was so poorly kept I checked in at 1:25 PM and had to leave by 2:55 PM. I stayed here on 07/08/2025. The bathroom was outside the room, and the fan and light switches were in the corridor. There was no TV or towel, the bed was uncomfortable, and cleanliness and hygiene were very poor. When I asked to change rooms, they told me to speak to the person I'd booked online through. My experience didn't match the reviews I'd read before booking. Don't go by their reviews, they're all fake.

The meals were a real highlight for me, with that lovely home-cooked flavor. I also found the staff warm and ready to help, and the spacious rooms made it easy to unwind. Om Shriyam Banquet And Heritage has a calm, peaceful feel, and I came away loving my stay. I’d happily recommend trying it at least once.

This felt like a complete cheat. I’ve had bookings canceled before and been fine with it when the reason was explained honestly, but this was nothing like that. I booked online, arrived at the property, and was asked for almost twice the booking price. While I tried to cancel through the portal in the lobby, they pushed us to leave, apparently so they wouldn’t be questioned, and treated us insultingly. The owner was also very rude to other people, which set a bad tone. The area wasn’t clean, smelled terrible, and I couldn’t stand there for even a minute. Local facilities are far away too. I also suspect many of the reviews here are influenced, since customers are made to leave five-star ratings. My experience was pathetic.
