The location is handy, right in the market and very close to Patna airport. Staff were polite, and the owner was around. My room was tidy, and bathroom hygiene was much better, though there was still scaling on the bucket, mug, tap, and shower. Good hotel and good food.

They seem to run the hotel without proper staff. I paid for breakfast when I booked, then found out they wouldn't serve it in the morning because there weren't enough staff. The staff weren't well groomed either. It feels like they run the place on sheer luck.

The staff were terrible and arrogant, with service worse than third class. If you want to embarrass yourself, come here. Even animals are better than the people at reception. Never stay here, even for free. Pathetic, pathetic.

My elderly parents had a pleasant, very safe stay in a well-furnished room with a nice ambience, and the staff gave them a warm welcome. The complimentary breakfast was good enough. The hotel is centrally located and lived up to its promises. I'd recommend it to friends and family.

The room was a little stinky, but that was okay. The manager, staff, and everyone else were kind, humble, and helpful. Most of all, the sandwich was so yummy.
