The staff were supportive and brought me whatever I asked for. After I complained that the air conditioner wouldn't turn on, the manager moved me to another room. But at check-in they first put me in what felt like the most vulnerable room, arguing that I'd paid OYO very little because I booked during an offer. Crawling insects seem common here. Even after I watched them wash the bathroom with phenyl, insects could show up there at any time, and maybe in the bedrooms too. Mosquitoes bothered us all night, so ask the staff for Allout. There's also a secret hole in the room doors that someone outside can use to peek in, so couples should beware. I attached photos and videos as proof.

I paid in full two days ahead for a room booked for 21st April. When I arrived to check in at 7 PM on 21st April, the hotel manager refused and said he didn't know Oye\Makemytrip online bookings. Be careful if you're planning to stay here. It was a very bad, horrible experience.

I had a really amazing experience here. Their exciting offers are wow, and the best part for me was getting a great room at a low cost. Highly recommended.

The room wasn't great. They didn't give me the AC remote, so I couldn't get comfortable cooling. One staff member was really rude, though the others treated me well.

My family had a happy stay at this hotel a month earlier, but on their return visit the owner treated them very badly. The manager and staff were good. Owner, please learn to treat customers respectfully, including from your junior staff. Having money doesn't make someone a good person, and the way you behave reflects on your family and state. Please change your conduct, or people won't want to stay at your resort.
