The receptionist was very rude and had no manners when speaking to guests. I paid Rs 3,000 for just 12 hours, although the actual price is almost Rs 1,700. I’d paid in advance for a full day, but the refund was uncertain, and he didn’t return even a single rupee, despite the policy saying about 50% should be refunded. My worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend coming here, especially in an emergency.
During my two-night stay at SVR Hotel, the rooms were dirty and the service was very poor. But my biggest concern is safety. Early one morning, while I was asleep, someone came into my room from outside even though it was locked, and stole my wallet. It had cash, several bank cards, and important documents, including my Aadhaar, PAN, and DL. How can anyone freely open a guest’s locked room? It shows a complete failure of security and negligence. If theft can happen that easily, a guest could face something worse. Please don’t trust this property blindly. I strongly advise people not to stay at SVR Hotel. There’s zero security, and anyone could get into your room at any time.
We recently held our younger sister's engagement at svr hotel. Everything was good. They made perfect non-veg dishes and vegetables too, and Mr. Keshav arranged everything perfectly.
A good hotel for a family stay. I stayed here for nine days while getting medical treatment at medanta hospital. They also provided patient food, like khichdi and other things.
I was treated like royalty as soon as I arrived at SVR HOTEL. The service, luxurious amenities, and attention to detail made my stay memorable and went beyond what I expected. I’d recommend it to anyone after a luxurious stay.
