The Park Pride

The banquet hall at The Park Pride had beautiful lighting and décor options, and the venue looked stunning with elegant decorations and a warm atmosphere. I recently celebrated a wedding there, and it felt like a _once‑in‑a‑lifetime_ experience. The catering was delicious and impressed all the guests, while the staff were attentive and the service impeccable. Its location in Patliputra Colony, near Notre Dame Academy, was convenient. The event was grand and memorable, living up to its “once‑in‑a‑lifetime” promise. I’d recommend it for weddings or special occasions.

The resort was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with open surroundings and a peaceful feel. It was comfortable to walk around or spend time there with family and friends. The food was delicious, fresh, and attractively presented, with good variety and quality. Staff serving meals were polite and attentive throughout. The decoration was elegant and pleasing, from the entrance to the seating arrangements and photo spots. Everything looked creative and added charm. Arrangements were handled smoothly and professionally, with attention to small details. Event setup, timing, and service were all well organized, and guests faced no inconvenience. My stay was memorable and outstanding, with comfort, attractive surroundings, good food, and excellent service. I’d highly recommend it for an enjoyable stay or event.

I really liked the lawn and the front-line staff were kind and helpful. But the managers made the stay disappointing. When I asked the Lobby Manager to put chairs on the lawn so senior citizens could sit in the winter sun, I got a cold response, so I moved them myself. At the restaurant, I gave feedback four times about the food being too oily and spicy, and the Restaurant Manager still wouldn’t act on it. Management sets the tone, and here it came across as arrogant. The managers could use a lesson in making customers feel welcome.

The Park Pride Hotel is a classy, attractive venue for functions, with several halls and a lawn that let it host multiple events at once. It’s in a prime location, has good parking, and the rooms feel luxurious while still offering privacy. Food and service were top-notch. It’s regarded as one of Patna’s high-class hotels. Thanks to the team at Park Pride. Highly recommended.
