It's a beautiful property, and the room service staff were lovely and polite. The restaurant staff, though, weren't welcoming and really shouldn't be in hospitality. This works best for groups because there's little to explore nearby once you're on the property. There are indoor games, the cable car, and other activities, but if it rains or you arrive in the evening, there's not much to do. We asked about arranging a bonfire and they declined.

The view was great, but I thought the place was overpriced for the adventure activities on offer: zip line, magic carpet, gondola ride, tube skiing, and rock climbing. I didn't visit the restaurant since the previous reviews weren't very promising.

The gondola ride gives you striking wide views across the Chenab Valley, the pine forests, and the surrounding mountains. The cable car feels modern, safe, and well maintained, and the ride is smooth and comfortable. The scenery gets even more impressive as you travel across the valley, making it a lovely spot for photos or a bit of relaxation. Skyview Patnitop by Empyrean is a major attraction in Patnitop and a memorable experience for nature lovers who want to see the landscape from above. Be prepared for crowds and long cable car waits during peak tourist season. The weather can also change without warning, and the gondola may pause temporarily for safety in poor conditions.

The rooftop meal was a highlight, with tasty food and lovely skyline views. Our room was clean and nicely furnished, mixing modern comfort with elegant décor. The staff were consistently warm and thoughtful, and the hotel itself has stylish interiors and breathtaking views. We had a truly memorable, relaxing stay and would recommend it.
