My guests from Jamshedpur stayed at K.K. Residency for three days and were very satisfied with the rooms, the courtesy, and the service minded staff. They had high praise for breakfast and the other food, both North Indian and South Indian. They left Kerala this morning hoping to come back for a long holiday. A very good example of highly rated hospitality.

I arranged rooms here for the groom’s relatives during my sister’s wedding reception, and they were all very happy with the hospitality and service from the staff, manager, and owner. They spoke highly of the food and service too. I’ve always liked spending time with friends at KK roof top bar, but this was my first time using the rooms. The rooms, amenities, and service are commendable. A highly recommended place in this locality.

For a family wedding, we stayed one night and found the rates forgiving enough, good value for money at the current prices. The hotel is near the Subramanian temple, which helped make Payannur known, and the market area is all around it. You can walk to the market, yet the hotel is set away from the usual bustle. It feels modern and quiet inside, with a fantastic parking area. The rooms are neatly laid out, and the bathroom looks like it was renovated recently. Breakfast and the rest of our stay were good. I’d highly recommend it.
