The food was a highlight. Every meal was fresh, nicely presented, and full of flavor, and the breakfast spread alone is worth coming back for. The staff really are the heart of the hotel, warm and welcoming, and they made me feel at home. Room service and quick requests at the front desk were handled incredibly fast, with real attention to detail. From check-in until I left, everything was handled with care and professionalism, and the stay exceeded my expectations. If you want to be well looked after and well fed, this is the place. I can't wait to come back.

Breakfast and dinner were included with our room, and there was a variety of tasty food. The staff were very cordial, and the Wi-Fi was very good. The rooms and towels were clean, and there were lots of useful amenities, including a dental kit, hair dryer, and chappals. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back.

We had rooms number 33 and 32 when I came here with my family. The rooms were beautiful with a fantastic view, and the service and food were exceptional. Everyone was very nice and helpful. If I had to recommend a hotel in Pelling, I could name this one without hesitation.

My wife and I visited Pelling from 17-11-2025 to 21-11-2025 and stayed in a Premium Delux room at Sikim Tourist Centre, Pelling. The view of Kanchenjunga from our room was amazing. Everything was perfect, with full marks for cleanliness. All the staff were excellent in their behavior and service, and the manager helped make our tour memorable. The food was very good, though more variety would be welcome.
