The room was spacious, clean, and had basic facilities, hot water, and a balcony with a good mountain view. We stayed one night, and the food was tasty and served hot. Full marks for the service. Receptionist Mr. Vikas was cordial and helpful. We asked for a heater, but they had blowers instead, for Rs.300/-. We agreed to take one, though it didn't heat the room very well.

The food was delicious and homely, and hygiene was well maintained throughout. Our room was organized, the washroom clean and tidy, and the staff treated us very gently. We had a good experience at this hotel during our Pelling trip. Highly recommend it. Thank you.

We got complimentary breakfast, and the dinner we ordered was delicious. The room felt like a cheap and best option, and the property was clean and hygienic. The owner was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. From room no 302, the Kunchenjunga view was stunning early in the morning, though it was partly cloudy that day. I visited in December 2025.

The owner was friendly and cooperative, and the hotel staff gave us service and hospitality we were fully satisfied with. Everything was clean and well maintained, and our food came hot and fresh. A budget-friendly stay in Pelling with a balcony view, and one I'd recommend. Thank you Bikash Sir.
