Breakfast was extremely poor, and the tea was very low quality. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and their lack of basic information about charges caused confusion and frustration. We checked in on 2nd May, but after we entered the room there was no electricity for almost an hour. That was completely unacceptable after a long journey. They also demanded ₹10,000 as a cancellation charge, which felt unfair and unreasonable. Overall, a very bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location and natural view were good, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. But don’t order food here. For the price, both the quality and quantity were a big ZERO. No fooding.

The room had a spacious balcony and a mountain view. The staff were kind and cooperative, especially Me Yogesh, and I was very satisfied. Anyone can choose this hotel for a stay.

Hygiene was one of the main problems here. Most of the food was uncooked and the quality was too bad. Room service was poor, and the owner was very rude and uncooperative.

Our rooms were clean and had a good view, and the service was quick. The food was awesome, and the stay was comfortable and safe. Manager Yogesh was helpful and professional, and made our recent stay comfortable.
