The staff and manager were always helpful, and there's a good viewpoint facing Kanchan gunga, one of India's highest mountain peaks. The rooms weren't as good as I expected, though. The water heater needs to be repaired soon.

Room 305 was very clean and had a nice feel to it. The view of kangchenjunga was wide and crystal clear, and we could enjoy the whole beautiful range. It felt wonderfully romantic, a great place for couples to visit.

The chanting in the dining hall was wonderful. The room was clean, the food was good, and the staff were polite. Good value for money. I stayed on 08th & 09th Feb 2017.

The staff were cooperative and very helpful, and Gujarati food is available with a Gujarati taste. Kancha Jhinga is clearly visible from many of the rooms. A nice view from this hotel.

The food was ultimately great, and that's why I'm giving it 3 stars. The rooms and geysers looked like they belonged in a haunted place. Not a good place to stay.
