We had a really bad experience. There was a mouse in our room, and when we complained to the staff, they didn't respond and said there was no spare room. We stayed awake until morning.

It was really great, with privacy, safety and beautiful infrastructure.

The staff were polite and approachable, and when we asked, they changed the stained bedsheet in the second room and brought us a kettle for hot water. We had booked based on OYO reviews, but the first room smelled foul and had a cramped, untidy washroom. Since we were with a small baby, we asked to move and were shifted to a spacious room on the first floor. That room had no toiletries, washroom mat or cupboards, and its bedsheet was stained too.

They impose extra charges, and if you refuse to pay, they cancel your booking. Totally unprofessional behavior. This hotel is completely useless.
