Shalini from the Front Office Department made our stay especially easy. She was kind, professional, and ready to help, and she kept things running smoothly throughout. The rest of the staff were courteous, attentive, and helpful too, and we really enjoyed the delicious, well prepared food. We stayed in Room Nos. 214, 203, and 314 at R B Palace from 2nd June to 5th June, and had a wonderful time. We appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend R B Palace for a pleasant, comfortable stay. Thanks to Shalini and the whole team for making our visit so enjoyable.

The food is really good, with rich flavor and filling portions. It isn't the cheapest place, but what you get feels worth every rupee. Great food and a great experience ❤️

Everything about the stay was very good, and the premises are kept well. The food was tasty, and customers got quick responses. Mr David, the manager, and miss Shalini were respectful to customers. At the front office, Mr Satish handled customers well, and in the kitchen, Mr Dipin gave very good service and spoke to customers in a calm way. Thanks to RB PALACE HOTEL and the team for a great stay. The staff were respectful, too.

The ambience was peaceful and the service excellent. We tried the chicken biryani and fish biryani, and both were so good, full of masala and flavor. Their Neymeen Fish Biriyani is a must try.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. Shaloni Ma’am and Bhalu Sir were especially kind and professional. They gave me outstanding support, made sure everything was taken care of, and made the hotel feel like home. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, pleasant experience.
