Green Palace Health Resort

Getting there is an experience by itself, and the place is beautifully located. The service was excellent. Sabu handled everything singlehandedly and worked incredibly hard, with real enthusiasm for making sure we had a great time. Absolutely brilliant place.

The rooms were horrible. There were blood stains on the bedspread, hair follicles all around, and mosquitoes everywhere. No hot water, and the water was completely greenish. It was an awful stay, and our New Year celebration was spoiled. Please don’t choose this property. It feels like an absolute loot to the pockets.

Our stay at The Green House Health Palace was extremely disappointing. The boat ride to the resort was fine, but management were rude and threatening. Food details were misleading: they promised food, then said a buffet was mandatory. The rooms were dirty, full of mosquitoes, and the bedsheets weren’t clean. It was overpriced and poorly maintained, and I wouldn’t recommend visiting.

The rooms were dusty, the bathrooms unclean, and the linens stained. For a resort presenting itself as premium, the upkeep was nowhere near acceptable. Food was another problem: it was poorly prepared and inconsistent, hygiene seemed questionable, and there were few meals we felt comfortable eating. Staff were discourteous from the start and showed little willingness to help. Some services and amenities promised when we booked were missing or substantially different, which felt misleading. Changes to our room assignments and meal times came suddenly and caused more confusion. What should have been a relaxing vacation became frustrating. I found the stay poor value and wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free trip.
